DIRECTIONS

Place ½ teaspoon oil in the palm of the hand, warm between the palms and apply to affected area. For overall well-being and therapeutic effect, apply on to the decollete before bedtime or apply to pulse points in the morning. Alternatively apply to the whole body as a moisturiser.
